Imagine if this actually happens! Rumours of the Wii joining the big boys and getting in on the HD revolution are nothing new. But Gametrailers and their latest edition of the Bonus Round with Geoff Keighley are after adding weight to the never ending speculation. According to panellist and analyst Michael Pachter, Wii HD is coming. And you’ll be playing it this time next year.

When asked by Keighley “The Wii HD is not coming this year, it’s coming next fall right Pachter?” Pachter responded with an adamant and confident “Yes next fall”

Now you might think to yourself ‘What does Pachter know?’, but his comments, in such a public forum, are sure to send the web abuzz with speculation, denials and confirmations. Hell, I’m guilty of it myself by just adding this post to TGL. But what if Pachter really does know something?
