BioWare teases Mass Effect 2 surprise!

BioWare have tweeted that fans of their Mass Effect franchise can expect a ‘surprise’ announcement regarding Mass Effect 2 this coming week on their website. The tweet reads as follows;

“Man, so much time tied up today in meetings and ’secret stuff’ I didn’t get any time with ME2 at all. =( Still with the coming surprise for next week on the ME2 website, I’m sure fans will forgive me for no update.”

That tweet was then followed by this tweet;

“Did I, Evil Chris Priestly, just drop a hint? Yes. Yes I did.”

Interesting? So what is the surprise and what’s this secret stuff mentioned? Mass Effect 2 on PS3? We doubt it! What do you think? Thoughts and suggestions below?

Hey, well I love it on the xbox and I think it’s a game veryone should enjoy I really do. Unsure about if it’ll come off the xbox but who knows ;)

ME1 was a good game but I felt it lacked a bit, particularly in exploration, a lot of the planets were just the same shh different.. texture..! If they make that part a little more interesting I’d be more inclined to pick this up, if they build + add on what they had already it should be a great game.

Good point craig, I mean the space exploration was a great idea and it did lack. Maybe they could use the soldier of fortune technique that randomly generated enviornments. That would be cool :)

I agree with Craig as well. I mean even i could create environments better than those in my sleep. I mean it looks like they just messed with unrealEds terrain tool and then forgot about them.

true though, the concept of exploration was beautiful but it fell short.
