NOTE: Due to a problem with the email decryption – emails couldn’t be opened and were scrambled. Please email [competition is over] again if you want to be in with a chance to win the gear below – thank you. TGL team.

Have you checked out the loot we came across recently? Below are details on how you can enter our once in a lifetime Red Dead: Redemption competition. We have goodies to be won like a signed copy of Red Dead: Redemption (PAL), a signed walkthrough, artwork from Dead@17 and more. Well worth an entry. This competition is open to all and free to enter. See below on how you can enter this great giveaway. Let me just say that we couldn’t have done this without the kindness and dedication of everyone who signed something below but in particular Steve J. Palmer, the voice of Bill Williamson. Also in this competition as you can see are comics from his very own label, Atomic Basement, as well as orginal artwork that appear in his comics. So, Steve, thank you very much indeed. We couldn’t have done this without you!

We’ll be closing the competition on Sunday 5th of December so make sure you put your name in the hat. We’ll the get the loot out to the winners as soon as we can – so you can expect it for Christmas. Ideal for fans and games alike.

-Updated with a message from Steve J. Palmer (Bill Williamson)

Holiday Greetings! It’s funny how quickly the summer flew by here in the U.S., particularly southern California. We’ve now less than a week before Thanksgiving, followed by what’s known as the BIGGEST Christmas shopping day of the year… *yikes*… (I’d better get started!)
And as we approach the month of December together, no matter where we are located respectively across the globe, T.G.L., in conjunction with both Atomic Basement Comics and RED DEAD REDEMPTION cast members Joe Ochman (Prof. Harold MacDougal), Adam Beesley (Errol Hewitt), Frank Noon (Deputy Eli), Brad Carter (Deputy Jonah), K. Harrison Sweeney (Irish), and myself, wanted to do something absolutely SPECTACULAR for the fans this winter:

A Holiday Mega-Competition & Prize Giveaway that would literally hit you so hard, your ancestors would feel it!

Now, as you can see posted, we’ve some great signed ‘swag’ for the 3rd, 2nd, and 1st Place Winners, as well as MORE stuff on the way, which include some splendid signed comics from not only my titles with ATOMIC BASEMENT, but the label’s other hit books, courtesy of our Editor-in-Chief, Mike Wellman; a BIG thanks to you, Mike! Plain and simple: we OWE it to the fans’ support that we can continue doing what we love to do. Thanks to ALL of you who helped in that support by either renting or purchasing a copy of RED DEAD REDEMPTION in the last half year! (your love and/or addiction for skinning Grizzlies and Dead-eyeing the horses out from under helpless ranchers REALLY paid off, people) Also, thank you T.G.L. followers who read Retroplayer’s September interview with me, and followed it’s link to the official ATOMIC BASEMENT site!

In closing, I just want to thank Retroplayer, who has become a good, dear friend of mine since we started this whole undertaking back in the first week of September. You fans have GOT to give him and the rest of The Gaming Liberty’s staff credit for making this Ireland’s #1 gaming website in less than a YEAR!! That’s a MAJOR accomplishment not to be overlooked!! T.G.L. is also one of the top gaming sites on the entire web, period. So, continue in letting the gang know that, by commenting on all these wonderful posts they supply…

… because who KNOWS what they’ve in store for us in 2011…

Seasons Greetings, and a Happy, Happy Christmas 2010!!

~Steve J. Palmer
(Bill Williamson)

P.S.: To you contest participants?? May the best outlaw WIN!!!

Update (25/11/10)

We’ve just got in the second box of items. However, apart from the signed picture by Steve and Adam (see above) there is nothing Red Dead related inside. So instead of putting the rest of the comics from Steve’s label in with the current winnings we’ll be holding off until the New Year in which we’ll run a seperate competition in which you can win some of these awesome signed comics that include Z Blade XX, Marko Darc, Mac Afro, The Kids of Widney High, Battlestar Galactica and Star Trek- The Manga as well as an ultra rare 1 of 16 Dead@17 trading card Stay tuned!
